A recent opportunity for a Sales person has opened up at a boutique IT Service’s Company in Melbourne. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality of care, they have a new product which has been launched. Targeting Small and Medium Businesses, you will be generating sales leads and following through the sales pipeline.
In response to the needs of SMB’s around the country, WebGate Networking Solutions has sourced a great product to meet the growing data security and safety needs of its existing client base. The product is appropriate for businesses of any size, in any vertical market, and generous commissions are applied.
The product is a data storage facility for business, automating the backup procedure and moving it offsite. It has been very well received across our existing client base, and is a strong competitor in the market. Due to the overwhelming success of our sale drive internally, a new opportunity to bring this product to wider market has opened up.
Performing all stages of the sales and install lifecycle is central to the role. You will be responsible for sourcing your own leads, setting up meetings and closing sales. You are able to work from home or the office, and some technical knowledge will be required. Full support will be given at all times, with full technical training on the system.

Crossing both the sales and the technical sides of the business, you will become the single point of contact for sales and installation of the data storage system. You will need to harness your skills in multiple disciplines to excel in this role. Installation of the system on site with clients will be the second part of this role, meaning the applicant will have excellent working knowledge of Windows operating systems. Other operating systems are highly advantageous.
The Candidate The successful candidate will have the ability to work well independently and present themselves immaculately. Site meetings with your prospect clients will be commonplace, so customer centric skills are critical. You will require your own transport and be quick on your feet.
Remuneration The role is based on commission, so remuneration is linked directly to performance. Each sale and install is due a $1400 commission, paid in four quarterly instalments. Once $50k of sales have been reached, the role is awarded a $50k salary and an adjusted commission matrix applies.
